One of the most important decisions we make as psychotherapist is choosing a clinical supervisor. The relationship is scared because it is instrumental in our clinical development.
As an LCSW Supervisor licensed in the State of Texas, I provide clinical supervision to Licensed Master Social Workers seeking advancement toward becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
We work together in an individual and/or group format to understand countertransference, uncover implicit bias, critically analyze patient cases, and develop clinical skills to build competence in our practice.
Clinical supervision is a lifelong process of continual growth. I also support established psychotherapists in their pursuit to enhance clinical skills and further understanding of complex patients in an individual setting.
