My Story
As a Trauma Survivor, I know what it feels like to be a prisoner to your mind and past.
As a Cancer Survivor, I know what it feels like to be scared and hopeless in the mist of treatment.
As a Survivor of Addiction, I know what it feels like to be lost in addiction and abuse substances to mask pain.
As a Member of the Hispanic Community, I know what it feels like to be marginalized in your own society.
As a Member of the LGBTQ+ Community, I know what it feels like to hide your authentic self in fear of being rejected and unloved.
I am grateful I had a knowledgeable psychotherapist and wise teachers to guide me through my darkest moments. My goal is to be one of those beacons of Lights for you.
